2.2. Specific Use Only: The licence granted is strictly limited to the use specified in your order. Any use of the audio recordings beyond the agreed-upon purpose requires additional payment or selection of a buyout option.
2.3. AI and Machine Learning Restrictions: You agree not to use the audio recordings for any AI-related purposes, including but not limited to training machine learning models, generating synthetic voices, or any other artificial intelligence applications.
3. Buyout Option and Extended Use
3.1. Standard Use: The audio recordings are licenced for a specific term and purpose as outlined in your agreement. Should you wish to use the audio recordings indefinitely or for additional projects, you must either:
- Pay Additional Fees: Negotiate and pay the appropriate additional fees for extended or indefinite use as determined by us.
- Select Buyout Option: Choose a buyout option if offered, which grants you perpetual and exclusive rights to use the audio recordings as specified in the buyout agreement.
3.2. Negotiation for Extended Use: If you desire to use the audio recordings beyond the initial scope, please contact us to discuss and finalise the terms and fees applicable to such extended use.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
4.1. Copyright: All rights, title, and interest in the audio recordings remain with us. You acknowledge that your use of the audio recordings does not grant you any ownership rights beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
4.2. Modifications: Any modifications to the audio recordings are prohibited without prior written consent from us.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
